Attendees can request refunds for any unused balance between February 18 and March 3 of 2025. Refund requests submitted outside this period will not be processed. Refunds will be issued no later than March 30 of 2025. Refunds must be requested through the following link.

To submit a refund request, the attendee must have the wristband, which contains a six-digit code on the back of the chip. Only the wristband holder can access the platform to begin the refund process.

Upon accessing the platform, attendees must click the "Check Balance" button to view their available balance. After verifying the balance, they must select "Withdraw Funds" to initiate the refund process. Each wristband holder must register the requested banking details, which must correspond to Colombian bank accounts. Once the registration is complete, a confirmation will appear.

If the transfer is successful, the wristband holder will receive a confirmation email. If the transaction is declined, the user will receive an email with a link to re-submit the request. Questions regarding the refund process can be directed to: cashless@breakfastlive.com.

A fee of six thousand Colombian pesos (COP 6,000) will apply to national transfers, while international refunds will incur a fee of four U.S. dollars (USD 4.00), both of which will be deducted from the refund amount. If the wristband balance is insufficient to cover the fee, the refund will not be processed.
